Brewing Instructions

Simple Matcha Preparation
  1. Add 1 scoop of matcha (about 2g) into a warm tea bowl.
  2. Pour 60–70ml of water at 80°C over the powder.
  3. Hold the whisk upright and whisk briskly in a W-shaped motion
  4. gently but quickly
