In the heart of autumn, Teahouse Hada presents "Four Ceramists' Teabowl Exhibition."
Though small, each teabowl encapsulates the harmony and balance of earth, fire, and time. As vessels for tea and companions for daily life, teabowls are like friends crafted with the heart. After a long wait, four ceramists have come together to showcase a variety of works centered around the teabowl.

In conjunction with the exhibition, we have prepared an opportunity to experience the etiquette and beauty of the tea ceremony in a tranquil tea room with a warm cup of tea.
Led by Ms. Sokei Jifuku, an instructor of the Urasenke school of Japanese tea ceremony, three participants at a time will be served koicha (thick tea) and usucha (thin tea) sequentially. You can experience the etiquette of the Japanese tea ceremony and the simple, comfortable atmosphere conveyed by a hermit's tea room.
We hope you will savor the meaning and lingering impression of the tea ceremony as you appreciate the tea bowls while enjoying your tea.
